Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Greeley, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to captain bakery operations during day or night. You will lead the Cookie Crew, manage orders, bake, upsell, and deliver warm cookies while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires 1+ year in retail or hospitality, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 18+ and food-safety certs as required. Flexible, part-time schedules offered, with paid time off and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently and meet guest demand.
• Help maintain our standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate important updates and partner with store leadership to keep the bakery operating at its best.
• Jump in wherever needed to help your team succeed.

As a Shift Leader at our Greeley, CO store located at 2539 11th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631, you are the captain of our bakery day or night!
