Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, uphold our Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. The role focuses on setting goals, assigning tasks, and motivating the team while recognizing successes.

As part of a Dunkin franchisee, you’ll help drive daily operations, support employees, and contribute to a positive team environment with strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in quick-service/kiosk environments.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to meet Brand standards.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to uphold Brand standards and guest experience.
