Flynn Wendy’s is hiring a Shift Leader in the Capitol Heights area. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high standards. Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, with opportunities to mentor staff and grow within the team.

You’ll manage daily operations, support scheduling, and help drive guest satisfaction while upholding company values and policies. Competitive hourly pay and benefits align with location.

If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!

Compensation: Wendy's Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
