A restaurant franchise in Bloomfield, NJ is seeking motivated Shift Leaders to join their team. Responsibilities include leading a shift-based team, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to overall profitability. Ideal candidates should have prior restaurant experience and strong interpersonal skills. This role offers $16 - $18 per hour based on experience, as well as flexible schedules and growth opportunities.
