Job Title: Shift Leader

Location: Austin store at 2323 San Antonio St.

Role Overview: As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift. You will predict business flow, lead team activities including building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interactions. Your leadership will contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, leading the cookie crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits
