Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team, responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Role

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
  2. Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
  3. Gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
  4. Developing a diverse skill set to grow personally and professionally.

Work Environment & Requirements

Employees must work in hot, noisy kitchens, often standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working quickly and accurately. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
