Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Albuquerque NM store located at 2132 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque NM 87106, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Additionally, taking pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store is essential.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?
  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience in our bakery.
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
  • Create a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices.
  • Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
