Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms in a timely and legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues locally, with OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas.
• Ensure loads are secured and daily equipment checks are performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry and execute assignments accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
