Job summary

Domino’s Assistant Manager oversees the shift, directs 3–15 team members, greets customers, takes orders, and ensures consistent product quality and speed. You’ll monitor opening/closing duties and help sustain a positive work atmosphere.

You’ll handle cash, inventory, and cost controls; ensure safe driving for deliveries; maintain a clean, professional store; and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service. A clean driving record and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift with 3–15 staff.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and maintain a clean driving record.
• Punctual, motivated, and able to model a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate cash register and collect payments.
• Maintain product quality within Domino’s guidelines.
• Deliver products safely and courteously by vehicle from store to customer.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized from the customer's view.
• Maintain professional appearance in line with Grooming Standards.
