Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to join our fast-paced Panda restaurants. You will support management in running the shift, champion guest service, and help prepare Panda favorites for guests.

This role offers hands-on experience in store operations, team leadership, and opportunities to develop a broad set of skills while working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
