Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager, also known as a Sandwich Maestro, to lead shifts, supervise the team, and ensure fast, freaky-good service and consistently great sandwiches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and coaching team members.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations including speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Lead and support team members during shifts—coaching in real time.
• Help train new hires and reinforce Jimmy John’s standards and systems.
• Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Step in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role.
