Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a store manager who will staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You will lead 3 to 15 team members, greet customers, handle orders, and ensure safety and quality in every product and service delivered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of management experience (Required)
• Willing to travel up to 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 to 15 employees during a shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile; operate the cash register.
• Prepare products consistently according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products safely to customers by vehicle from the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment focused on the customer experience.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
