Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a full‑time Shift Lead for the East Wenatchee location. The role oversees all store activities during the shift, manages staffing, cash handling, inventory and customer service, while enforcing policy and standards.

You’ll drive cost controls, scheduling, store cleanliness and profitability, with advancement opportunities within the franchise network. Applicants should be reliable, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced pizza delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, paperwork and cost controls is preferred.
• Ability to manage cash and customer relations during a shift.
• Comfort with following policy, maintaining standards and schedule adherence.
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness and supporting marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and adherence to standards, and delivering great customer service.
• Attend to attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
• Operate all equipment and ensure proper cash handling and paperwork.
• Follow policies 100% of the time and set a good example for the crew.
