Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Shift Lead Security Officer to guide security teams at client sites on assigned overnight shifts. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents to safeguard client assets and people.

The ideal candidate has prior security leadership experience, a clean driving record, and comfort with technology. Valid Michigan driver’s license preferred.

Shift Lead Security Officer

Wage: $25.10/ hour

Daily pay. Clean driving record. Valid Michigan driver's license. Comfortable walking long distances. Schedule: Sunday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Saturday night into Sunday morning) and Monday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Sunday night into Monday morning).

The Shift Lead Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Shift Lead Security Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
