Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management and leading the team during a shift. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests and gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites.

As part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented team, you will develop skills in store operations, leadership, and customer service while working on-site in our Florida locations.

Qualifications

• High school level education; willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced restaurant
• Operations experience and food safety awareness are preferred
• Ability to manage shift operations and lead a team during busy periods
