McDonald's (franchisee-owned restaurant) seeks a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You will perform daily fryer filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, and light maintenance across interior and exterior areas.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and ability to perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks.
• Willingness to perform physically active work and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain clean facilities.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment.
• Clean interior and exterior windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor; change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
