Job summary

Pizza Hut in Smithville, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and cleanliness.

You will assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals, help hire and train new staff, monitor inventory, and maintain a safe, inspection-ready environment while supporting promotions and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities
