Job summary

Opella is seeking a Shift Lead Packaging Technician to guide a team of technicians on the production line and ensure safety, quality, and OEE targets are met. You will model servant leadership, drive adherence to HSE, Quality, AM and SMS standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the packaging line.

The role is a 1st shift position (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–3:00pm) requiring a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing packaging experience.

You will be a “working” leader with continued expectation to operate equipment on the line or in the area.This is a 1st Shift position. Monday - Friday.
