Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and configure bottling and canning equipment per specifications.

You will communicate with production personnel, complete run paperwork, and monitor material flow and packaging accuracy throughout each shift. The role requires basic reading/interpretation skills, the ability to pass a background/physical/drug test, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information and reports.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers or regulators with clarity.
• Ability to present information to management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain, and configure processing equipment per specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and complete required run documentation.
• Load materials, monitor material flow, and perform minor change-overs as needed.
• Ensure equipment is on and functioning before starting a run and verify packaging and labeling accuracy.
• Maintain GMP compliance and report quality issues to supervisors.
