Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Thornburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, supervise a team of 3–30, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining high service standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can multi-task and stay composed during busy periods.

You will manage cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations, set the tone for the crew, train staff, uphold Domino's grooming and appearance standards, and keep the restaurant clean from front to back;

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during shifts.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make fast, accurate pizzas following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver product safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to grooming standards.
