Job summary

Salem’s Fresh Eats is seeking a Night Shift Lead to guide the team during evening and night shifts at our Saint Petersburg location. You will supervise staff, ensure fast service, and uphold quality and safety standards on every shift.

Responsibilities include leading the team, handling guest concerns, managing cash and shift openings, and coordinating with management to maintain smooth operations in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
