Job summary

ShotVet in Ohio is seeking a weekend operations lead to drive recaps, marketing sheets, and weekly metrics. You will assign team members to the database, coordinate travel, and manage supply orders.

Must have at least 1 year of leadership or operations experience and strong organizational and communication skills. The role is hourly with roughly 36 hours per week, Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekend recaps, drive/marketing sheets, and update weekly metrics.
• Monitor cash discrepancies and petty cash.
• Assign team members to database and support rental pick-ups.
• Book doctor shifts, manage travel arrangements, and process supply orders.
• Handle credit card authorizations and related administrative tasks.
