The role offers a central position in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where you will support management and help lead the team during each shift. As a Shift Lead, you will assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests, and you will gain hands-on experience in store operations while developing a broad set of leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
• ADA: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in hot, fast-paced environment.
