Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring our Panda mission to life on the restaurant floor. You will support management, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure guests receive warm, efficient service while you help prepare Panda favorites.

The role offers hands-on leadership development, exposure to store operations, and opportunities to grow into management positions within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Food safety knowledge or certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambience with pride.
• Lead team during shifts and help manage store operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop leadership skills and provide on-the-job training to team members.
