Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management, lead a team during each shift, and assist in cooking Panda favorites. This role offers hands-on experience in store operations, guest service, and a path to growth within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates will have some high school education and prefer operations experience; food safety certification may be required at local levels.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is acceptable.
• Operations experience is preferred for shift leadership.
• Local food safety requirements, such as a Food Handler certification, may be required.
