Mars Incorporated seeks Red Receiving Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Lewisburg, OH. The role centers on inbound receiving of raw materials, operator training, and autonomous maintenance within a 24-hour manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3+ years in high-speed manufacturing, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Overtime and weekend work are possible, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) & minimum of 3 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• At least 18 years of age and proven work history.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in a technical field or 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create daily/weekly production plans with the Shift Manager.
• Learn and perform all assigned activities within the line or area.
• Act as the key trainer and equipment expert to build operator capability and problem solving.
• Lead in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Daily Management Systems (DMS) training.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve KPIs like safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
