Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to run daily site operations, open and close the location, and drive membership sales while ensuring guests have a legendary experience. You will educate customers on unlimited wash memberships and assist them in choosing the best package for their needs.

You will work with a team to hit sales goals, maintain site standards, and keep equipment and facilities clean and presentable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
