Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride at our Suffolk, VA location. You will help lead the team during shifts and maintain a vibrant dining room for guests.

In this role you will gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, managing store operations, and developing yourself and others in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Preference for operations experience and food safety knowledge.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
