Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help create a vibrant, welcoming environment in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will assist management, oversee shift operations, and ensure food is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include leading team members during shifts, maintaining guest satisfaction, and gaining hands-on cooking experience with Panda favorites, while developing leadership skills and contributing to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety
