Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in maintaining Panda’s mission of great food, service, and ambiance. You will help lead the team during shifts, ensure a welcoming environment for guests, and gain experience in store operations and food preparation.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

Some high school
Prefer some operations experience
Food safety knowledge, e.g., Food Handler certification (acquired at applicant's own expense)

Responsibilities

Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
