Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to act as a pivotal team leader in our Lakeland, FL restaurants. You will support management in delivering Panda’s mission with passion, heart, and pride, while guiding staff during each shift.

You will gain experience in store operations, guest service, and hands-on cooking for Panda favorites, developing a diverse skill set and leadership capabilities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school education is partially completed (Some high school).
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Local Food Handler certification or equivalent may be required and obtained at applicant’s expense.

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
