Domino's Franchise - Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads who are ready to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. This role is a launching pad; many assistants have advanced from Team Leads.

As a Team Lead, you’ll run and manage shifts, lead and motivate team members, ensure outstanding customer service, assist in pizza making and food prep, handle cash, train new staff, and support daily store goals. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
