Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and lead the team during each shift. You’ll help create a vibrant guest experience, supervise daily operations, and gain hands-on experience in preparing Panda favorites.

We welcome individuals with some high school education and a readiness to develop operations and leadership skills. This role offers flexible scheduling, meals, benefits for full-time associates, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety certification (Local/Municipal requirements) acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
