Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy shifts with passion, training, and leadership. You will support management in delivering Panda’s mission, supervise team members, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining high food safety standards.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, guest relations, and staff development, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

• Some high school required.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Local Food Handler certification may be required at applicant's expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in leading shift operations and guiding team during service.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests as needed.
• Create a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests and maintain service with heart.
