Bubbakoo’s Burritos is seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding service. You’ll create shift schedules, handle no-shows, delegate tasks, and report issues to management to keep workflows smooth.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with responsibilities including opening/closing registers and maintaining cash accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar retail role.
• Experience creating shift schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Confident problem-solver and team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting issues to management during shifts.
• Managing employee requests and transgressions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching staff and training new team members.
• Opening/closing registers and handling daily cash deposits.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
