Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our fast-paced restaurants. You will support management in running shifts, guide team members, and help prepare Panda favorites for guests, keeping food quality and service at the heart of our operations.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll gain hands-on experience in store operations, lead the team on busy shifts, and develop skills to grow into management roles within our expanding company.

Qualifications

• Some high school.
• Prefer some operations experience.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
