Domino's Pizza, a top global pizza company, is hiring a Team Lead for a high-energy, fast-paced Domino's store in Sartell, MN. You’ll run shifts, lead teammates, ensure great customer service, and support daily goals while helping with food prep and cash handling.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with opportunities for increases through training and performance. This role offers growth and leadership development within a franchise team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
