Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant operations and guest experience in Saint Augustine, FL. You will help lead the team during shifts, assist in cooking Panda favorites, and help create a welcoming environment for guests.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and growth into management positions within our growing family of Panda restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred, with some coursework or experience in food service.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
