Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission alive in our Buckeye restaurant. You will support management to maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, lead the team on shift, and help prepare Panda favorites with passion.

You will gain hands-on experience in operations, cooking, and staff development in a growth-oriented setting, with a strong emphasis on training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food safety awareness and readiness for certification may be required.
• Ability to lead a team during a shift and handle fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Support management in running daily restaurant operations during shifts.
• Lead team members to ensure fast, friendly service and quality Panda meals.
• Assist in cooking and preparation of Panda favorites with accuracy and speed.
• Foster a welcoming, energetic environment for guests and colleagues.
