Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission to life in our Oregon restaurants.

You will support management, guide team members on the floor, and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining room while you help prepare Panda favorites. This full-time role offers hands-on training, growth into management positions, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• Some high school or equivalent required.
• Prefer some Operations experience and Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
