Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in our fast-paced, guest-first Panda restaurants. You will support management in running shift operations with passion for food, service, and a welcoming ambiance.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in team leadership, store operations, and preparing Panda favorites, while developing a diverse skill set to grow with our growing brand at locations across Washington.

Qualifications

• You must have at least some high school education.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Food Safety: local requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests.
• Help manage store operations and lead the team during the shift.
• Gain hands‑on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
