Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda’s mission—food with passion, service with heart, ambiance with pride—in a fast-paced Hawaii location.

You will help create a welcoming guest experience, supervise during the shift, and gain hands-on cooking experience while growing with the team. Education: some high school; Operations experience preferred; Food Safety certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and working in a team.
• Ability to supervise during a shift and support management.
• Willingness to learn food preparation and safety practices.
