Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Lead in Minnesota to support daily operations, lead the team during shifts, and ensure food quality and guest service with heart. You will assist management in keeping a fast-paced restaurant running smoothly, mentor teammates, and help train new hires while upholding Panda’s standards and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have some operations experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of food safety.

Qualificações

• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification
