Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in running shift operations at our Las Vegas locations. You will lead team members, assist in cooking Panda favorites, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment for guests.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a benefits package for eligible associates. Pre-Tax DCA/FSA options, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school required or equivalent.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification where required by local/regional rules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to four hours.

Responsabilités

• Support management in running shift operations and guest service.
• Lead the team during the shift to ensure efficiency and hospitality.
• Assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
