Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Germantown, MD team. You will support management in running shift operations, creating a welcoming environment for guests and upholding Panda’s standards of service and quality.

You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, staff leadership, and daily store operations while developing a diverse range of skills to grow with the company, including training new teammates, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Some high school or equivalent
• Prefer some operations experience in food service
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required
