Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda's mission to life in our Dunwoody, GA location, supporting management and guiding the team during each shift.

You will supervise daily operations, assist with guest service, train teammates, and gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites while promoting a safe, friendly dining atmosphere.

This role offers flexible schedules, meals on shift, and opportunities to grow into management through on-going development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
