Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in maintaining a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will help lead the team during shifts and contribute to cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth into management, and a supportive team culture within our restaurants. This is a full-time on-site position at Panda locations.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests on shift.
• Gain skills in managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop a diverse range of skills to grow professionally and mentor others.
