Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment. You will assist in achieving sales targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring efficient service across FOH and BOH tasks.

You will train and lead team members, manage cash handling, and utilize POS systems to process orders accurately while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes order professionally and promptly.
• Oversees pre-close functions while ensuring service and food quality standards are maintained.
• Oversees cash management duties, counts down registers and processes daily reports.
• Adheres to all waste tracking procedures and cost control best practices.
• Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service.
