Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant environment.

You will help lead the team during shifts, assist in cooking Panda favorites, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. As a Shift Lead, you will gain hands-on store operations experience, develop leadership skills, and help mentor others while upholding Panda's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Some high school.
• Prefer some Operations experience; Food Safety.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
