Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead at our Noblesville, IN location to help drive guest experience and daily store operations. As a key leader, you will support management in delivering Panda’s mission with passion, heart, and pride on every shift.

You’ll supervise team members, assist with food preparation, and help create a welcoming environment for guests while gaining hands-on experience in running a busy Panda restaurant.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain at applicant’s own expense
